Description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Knowledge of table games procedures, house rules, and ICMPs
- Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino
- Monitor premises of all areas to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions
- Basic knowledge of Colorado gaming laws
- Take and respond to radio calls
- Answer phone calls and record all information into a designated log
- Able to function in a multi-task situation
- Able to monitor multiple cameras
- Observe and report all infractions.
- Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment.
- Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with internal controls.
- Complete surveillance reports and investigations.
- Strong written and oral communication
- Strong sense of confidentiality
Education And/Or Experience
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- 3-5 years of casino/gaming experience preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Colorado Division of Gaming License.
- TIPs certification
